NJPAC Books On Move

Wincey Terry-Bryant  is a master storyteller for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Books  On The Move is the interactive literary experience produced by the  Community Engagement Department at NJPAC. BOTM is presented in libraries  and community centers around NJ.

Wincey reads excerpts  from the selected book and then leads the students through a devised  theater presentation of the story.  Your children will assume the roles  of the characters from the story as Wincey guides your young performers  through a crash course of acting techniques, musical rhythms, rhymes,  and performance strategies. The event culminates with a collaborative  performance by the newly-formed theater troupe. Parents, bring your  cameras!
